d11-download.com collects the minimum needed to run the catalogue: the filter choices you select, the language you pick, and a session token stored in a strictly necessary cookie. Analytics cookies are off by default and are only set after you accept.
On-device storage
The d11 app stores your favourites list and your language choice on your device. The team does not receive a copy of these settings.
KYC data
If you complete a KYC check inside the d11 app, the documents and account history are stored by the d11 app operator under a separate data-processing agreement. d11-download.com does not see or store KYC documents.
Third-party processors
d11-download.com uses one strictly necessary cookie for session state. Optional analytics, if you accept, use a single third-party processor that processes anonymised page views.
Retention
Session tokens expire after the browser closes. Analytics records are anonymised within 30 days. KYC records inside the app follow the operator retention schedule.
